Be A Thermostat

We are reaching the hot summer months so it's time to learn to be a thermostat!

A thermometer reads the temperature of the room. All it does is give a number that cannot be changed. When we are a thermometer in our life, we are not taking control, we are not taking responsible responsibillity, and we are stagnant.

A thermostat on the other hand not only reads the temperature but also allows you to change it based on the environment. Too hot? You can use the thermostat to make the temperature colder. When we are a thermostat in life, we not only recognize what’s going on but we are also able to respond, adapt, and regulate depending on the circumstance.

Don’t settle and be a thermometer, reflect and respond to be a thermostat. Be a thermostat, not a thermometer this month. How are you going to impact and change your environment?
