Choose Your Hard

Working out is hard. Being lazy is also hard. Eating a well-balanced diet is hard. And so is eating non-nutritional foods. Being social is hard, and it’s also hard to be alone. Reacting to a situation is hard, just like creating space is hard.

 

To each choice you have, there is also another side to the story. When you decide to do one thing, often you are also deciding not to do another thing. Whatever decision you come to, it’s going to be hard.

 

Choose your hard. Use your best judgement and recognize what will benefit you now, and in the long run. Show up. Try your best. You get to choose your hard. Make it worthwhile.
